When my 10 year old granddaughter expressed her interest in art and photography, I was excited to share my love of all things creative with her and work together to help develop her visionary business start up idea. Together, we have established Generations Art Design as our creative outlet! What an awesome adventure to share with this inventive and gifted young lady.
As an entrepreneur and adult education provider, I’m enjoying applying my past experience to this new journey, and I look forward to sharing all of our artistic expressions with you! After many years teaching college philosophy, computer courses, real estate continuing education, and other functional topics, it’s a liberating feeling to come back to my “creative” side!
My husband and I have had the opportunity to travel, adventure, and take tons of photos. I especially enjoy creating unusual art from photos in and around water. Rekindling my love of painting has also brought a joy to my spirit that had been dormant for quite some time.

Hi! My name is Kylee. I am the granddaughter of Cheryl Mickley. I was 9 years old, about to turn 10, and I was spending the night at my grandma’s house. Right then and there the plan hit; we should start an art business! We loved to draw and paint so I thought it would be a great idea! So about a year ago, after I came up with the idea, we started to work on it every Monday in the summer. We had some bumps down the road, like getting hacked and having to figure out web designs and more.
In my free time I like to swim, play with my dog (Princess Eva), ride my bike, play games, watch TV, hang out with my friends, and most of all hang with my family. I have a younger brother who will try to play with me, but most of the time his game is me being a dinosaur who dies all the time LOL!!! My favorite things in art are drawing cartoons, painting, and taking pictures. I have had a lot of fun making this website with my grandma so I hope you enjoy our work!!!
